We advised Kulczyk Investments on its investment in Quatrihub, a developer of modern warehouse facilities.

Quatrihub has already launched its first project near Wrocław, scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2027, while simultaneously developing further projects in Kraków and Poznań. Within the next three years, the company aims to join the ranks of the largest warehouse developers in Poland.

Our team’s work included comprehensive legal support, covering transaction structuring, advice on negotiating transactional and corporate documentation, support in obtaining approval from the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), as well as assistance during the signing and closing of the transaction.

The project was handled by Michalina Wojacka-Stann (Senior Associate) and Tomasz Kiełczykowski (Junior Associate) under the supervision of Leszek Małecki (Partner).

Competition law matters were carried out in cooperation with Modzelewska Paśnik.
