Last week, we had the pleasure of participating in the 18th U-RODZINY of Family Businesses, organized by the Family Business Initiative – an exceptional event that for years has brought together entrepreneurs, experts, and the academic community around the idea of building and developing family businesses in Poland.

Wojciech Niedźwiedzki and Barbara Siuta from BM Lawyers took part in the event alongside inspiring leaders and entrepreneurs who passionately create value for Polish family businesses.

The program included, among others, panels on investments, succession, and wealth management, as well as discussions on cooperation between academia and business and the digital transformation of family enterprises. Two days full of inspiration and important insights into the role of family businesses in the development of Polish business and local communities.

We would like to thank the Family Business Initiative for the excellent organization, a rich substantive program, and an atmosphere of cooperation that truly motivates action.
