We are delighted to announce promotions within the BM Lawyers team!

This is an important moment for us and a natural stage in the firm’s development – the result of consistently building expertise, maintaining the highest quality of work, and embracing growing responsibility in both projects and client relationships.

As of January 2026, the following new roles have been assumed:

🟩 Barbara Siuta – Counsel

Barbara’s promotion reflects her expert maturity and a high level of independence in handling complex matters, particularly in the areas of Private Client, family succession, and ongoing advisory support for business clients. Barbara stands out for her proactive approach and her consistent readiness to take responsibility for key projects. She supports clients in making decisions with significant business and succession implications. Her attitude represents a strong asset to the team’s work – from strategy through to execution.

🟩 Michalina Wojacka-Stann – Counsel

Michalina is a cornerstone of the large and complex corporate, reorganisation, and transactional projects we deliver for our clients. She combines legal precision and strong substantive expertise with a pragmatic business mindset. Her promotion is a natural step resulting from her expanding role in projects – from analytical and strategic work, through risk management and project execution, to building long-term trust and client relationships.

🟩 Tomasz Kiełczykowski – Associate

Tomasz’s promotion (one of our “homegrown” talents, having started working with us already during his studies) is the result of steadily increasing responsibility and the trust placed in him by both clients and our team in transactional and corporate projects. Tomasz is distinguished by his effectiveness, practical “street-smart” mindset, and strong focus on quality, efficiency, and pace of work. As a result, he is increasingly taking on the role of first point of contact, significantly supporting the team in both project work and ongoing client service.

Promotions are not only individual achievements, but also a signal of the direction in which BM Lawyers and our entire team continue to grow.
