Alicja specializes in providing legal advisory services in the areas of M&A transactions, commercial law, and corporate law.

She has experience in handling both share deal and asset deal transactions, as well as in corporate reorganizations. Her practice includes ongoing corporate support for entrepreneurs, including drafting and reviewing corporate documentation and participating in negotiations.

She has also gained experience in managing M&A transaction risk while working as an assistant to an international insurance broker, where she obtained broker qualifications granted by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).

She participated in the workshop series “Practical Aspects of M&A Transactions” organized by HWF and the Department of Commercial Law at the University of Warsaw, further developing her expertise in transaction structuring and execution.
