Barbara’s practice focus is commercial law, civil law, and succession planning, with over ten years of experience advising Polish and international businesses, particularly on complex reorganization projects and various aspects of ongoing legal services. Her expertise includes conducting negotiations, drafting legal opinions, and drawing up and reviewing contracts in areas such as IT law (implementation and maintenance agreements), intellectual property law, and corporate law.
Barbara has played a role in the establishment of several family foundations, both in Poland and abroad. She advises Polish family businesses, small and medium-sized enterprises, and international corporations.
