Michał advises Polish and foreign Clients on day-to-day corporate services and on planning and implementation of reorganization processes, capital changes, the arrangement of ownership relations and corporate governance principles. He also coordinates investment and restructuring processes, including the management of international holding structures.

Michał draws up contracts, in particular where there is an international commercial law element.

Michal has extensive experience in advising entities listed on regulated markets and their shareholders with regard to disclosure obligations and communication with the market.
