Wojciech Niedźwiedzki

Wojciech specializes in tax planning, with a focus on international tax law, as well as corporate reorganization and tax planning. His specific areas of interest include intra-group settlements (such as transfer pricing and withholding tax issues), M&A advisory (tax issues), and tax scheme reporting (MDR).
Wojciech has played a part in the creation of several family foundations and advises Polish family businesses as well as international corporations.
Wojciech gained his professional experience in large Polish consulting firms, as well as in international corporations (BIG4).
He is currently studying at the Doctoral School of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics (working on a dissertation on global minimum tax – Pillar 2). He is also a university lecturer in tax law (Wrocław University of Economics) and a supervisory board member of a company in the new technology sector.
