He specialises in personal data protection, technology law, and legal aspects of cybersecurity. He advises businesses on compliance with the GDPR, NIS2, Polish National Cybersecurity System regulations, DORA, as well as regulations concerning artificial intelligence and digital services.

He supports clients in implementing new technological solutions, developing online services, and negotiating IT agreements. He conducts compliance audits, prepares internal policies and procedures, and assists organisations in responding to personal data breaches and security incidents. He also acts as a Data Protection Officer.

His experience includes advising clients from the financial, technology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, industrial, energy, retail and e-commerce sectors, including companies belonging to international capital groups. He combines regulatory advice with practical support for legal, business and IT teams, translating legal requirements into solutions tailored to the organisation’s operations.
He also delivers training sessions and workshops on personal data protection, cybersecurity, and the responsible use of new technologies.
