Rafał Szeroki

Rafał specializes in income taxes and VAT. His practice focuses on ongoing tax advisory for businesses, assisting clients with complex tax matters and the identification and management of tax risks.

He has also experience in tax disputes, gained through advising large Polish and international businesses. He has represented clients in tax audits and proceedings before tax authorities, as well as in proceedings before administrative courts.

Another important area of Rafał’s practice is advising high-net-worth individuals and family-owned businesses, particularly on the establishment and operation of Polish and foreign family foundations, succession planning and related tax matters.
